"After viewing many potential wedding venues, I stumbled upon Cafe Hidalgo, in downtown Fullerton, and set up an appointment. When we met with the venue coordinator, Dena David, we were very impressed. What struck me was that she was down to earth, very well informed and wasn't trying to rope me into some crazy wedding ideas. I was looking for someone with experience who could help make my wedding vision come to life, and Dena did just that. Dena insisted on perfection and offered suggestions from her vast experience. We met with her and instantly knew that we were in extremely capable hands. She reassured us that her expert handling and experience would ensure that our wedding day would go smoothly. One of the best parts about the accommodations at Café Hidalgo was that the per person cost included food, bar and ceremony/reception set up. This made our wedding planning so easy knowing that we didn't have to try to book multiple vendors. Since the ceremony and reception take place in the Café Hidalgo courtyard, there was no need to worry about transportation between the ceremony and the reception. The historic and rustic surrounding made a great backdrop for memorable wedding pictures.

Our wedding and reception turned out to be so wonderful! Dena is such a perfectionist and made sure that everything was impeccable. We received so many compliments on our wedding from friends and family. The location was beautiful, the Cafe Hidalgo staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! We could not have asked for anything better! "
